Ensures that growing rooms are cleaned, watered and remain free of disease. Completes all required documentation for SQF program. Sets up the harvest hallways for the following day.General Duties:In charge of the washing and cleaning of the slice room and slice room equipment, the packaging room and packaging room equipment, harvest hallways and stump dumpersWashes all trays and lugsCleans growing roomsResponsible for watering growing rooms and checking for disease in growing roomsCompletes any other farm sanitation as required (ex. washing coolers, cleaning loading docks, etc.)Responsible for completing all sanitation records for SQF ProgramResponsible for setting up the harvest hallways for the following day, ensuring that all required supplies are brought to the harvest hallwaysThe safe and proper application of such additives as chlorine, calcium chlorideOperates the power jack, scissor lift, fork lift, tugger, and floor scrubber as neededApplying disinfectants where and when requiredWorking on the trolleys to assess levels of disease as neededPerforms any other duties as assignedEmbrace and support the Highline culture and values,
