Clinical skills and knowledge of wound management, infusion therapy, palliative care, and chronic disease management are required.Provide patient-focused, safe, holistic nursing care in a clinical settingEnsure that nursing care provided to the patient is based on current and best practices to achieve successful outcomesContinually assess, anticipate,
