JOB TYPEStraight-time hourly position, unionized.LOCATIONSites of business operation as required, branch located at PO Box 56 Grp 582 Rr 5, Winnipeg Manitoba (in office).Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)Assisting crane operators in assembly, disassembly and transport of cranes.Rigging of equipment.Assist mechanic with the maintenance of cranes and general duties in the shop and yard.Delivery of equipment and rigging as needed.Qualifications3rd year apprentice or Journeyperson certificate.Class 1A driver's license is required.The successful candidate must demonstrate safe work practices, follow company policies and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.The successful candidate will be required to be in good standing with IUOE 987 or become members of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 987.IMPORTANTAs a safety sensitive position, it is a condition of employment that candidates successfully pass pre-employment testing that includes a Drug and Alcohol screening.CLOSING DATEUntil Filled
