As a Team Lead, you set that standard on site every day.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise field crews on residential and commercial insurance claimsAssign duties and work alongside the crew to complete pack‐outs, inventories, moving, storage, and pack‐back activitiesEnsure accurate documentation, photographs, and inventory records for every jobCommunicate with the insured, explain the contents process from start to finish, and address their questions and needs respectfullyTrain, mentor, and motivate team membersMaintain high standards of quality, professionalism,
