This is a hands‐on leadership role suited for a senior technician who enjoys solving complex technical problems while supporting and guiding a team in the field.You'll play a key role in ensuring high‐quality installation, service, commissioning, and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial fire alarm systems, while helping develop the next generation of technicians.What You'll DoLead and support installation, programming, commissioning, and service of fire alarm systemsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the fieldAct as the on‐site technical lead for projects and service workSupport systems that may include integrated suppression and special hazard applicationsVerify system functionality, cause‐and‐effect logic, and overall system performanceSupervise, mentor, and support fire alarm technicians in the fieldCoordinate day‐to‐day field activities, scheduling, and job executionEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently,
