My husband and I have a very sweet, and very energetic 4 year old boy, (turning 5 in February). He does crave having someone with him when he plays and someone who can truly have fun joining in on his imaginative ideas. He loves crafts / Lego, but also loves backyard time, a little bit of rough housing, and DIY obstacle courses. He does get screen time, but he usually chooses playtime (with others) versus TV. I love the idea of getting to know a babysitter well enough to be comfortable with them taking Luca to the playgrounds close by, but if he is overtired and extra silly, he has a habit of running into the horizon. We are expecting a little brother this November, so we are interested in the idea of a babysitter if we somehow don't have anyone to help out at certain times. My mother & siblings are here, but it can be hit / miss to squeeze them in without long notice. Luca is quite sweet, thoughtful and most often listens well, but if he is overtired / overwhelmed from a busy day,
