and compliance documentationTrack workforce attendance and scheduling recordsSupport recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate logisticsMaintain camp occupancy records and coordinate room assignmentsPrepare and distribute site communications, reports, and meeting minutesManage document control processes and maintain accurate site recordsSupport procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicesCoordinate site meetings and track action itemsAssist with contractor administration and documentationSupport HSE and regulatory compliance through accurate reporting and record keepingTrack office supplies and administrative resourcesAssist with weekly and monthly reportingCoordinate charter flight manifests and workforce schedulingLiaise with corporate departments (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, HSE)Foster positive working relationships across site and corporate teamsEnsure compliance with company policies and project objectives
