Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining workflows using native Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira, and Confluence tools and APIs to streamline processes, integrate systems, and reduce manual work. The role focuses on leveraging automation to improve teamwork and operational clarity. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications in a fast‐paced, agile environment. Minimum 3-5 years of experience required.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Design & Implementation: Creating complex automation rules (triggers, conditions, actions) for JSM, Jira, and Confluence.Integration: Connecting Atlassian products with external tools (Slack, Teams, Salesforce) using webhooks and APIs.Scripting & Development: Using Python, PowerShell, or REST APIs for custom automation and integrations.System Administration: Configuring Atlassian and related products (workflows, fields, permissions) for optimal automation.Collaboration: Partnering with product owners, engineers, and business teams to identify needs and deliver solutions.Support & Maintenance: Troubleshooting issues, managing defects, and ensuring system performance.Key Skills & QualificationsProven experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and data transformation.Scripting (Python/PowerShell) and integration tool experience.Problem‐solving, analytical, and communication skills.Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, Tech Ops/Technical Support, ITIL, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise IT environments.Experience with AI/ML concepts is a plus.Required QualificationsStrong problem‐solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity to define explicit solutions.Languages & Frameworks: Java, JavaScript, Spring, Node.Js, Angular, React.Js, JSF.Databases: PostgreSQL,
