You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients, helping them address complex leadership, culture, and workforce challenges. you will partner with senior leaders to deliver leadership development, learning, and culture initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and drive measurable business outcomes. Drawing on your expertise in leadership strategy, adult learning, and leadership development, you will lead teams to create and deliver innovative, high‑impact experiences. These may include executive workshops, leadership academies, innovation labs, team effectiveness programs, and enterprise‑wide capability‑building journeys. You will help clients translate complex organizational priorities into practical solutions that equip leaders to navigate uncertainty, and accelerate performance. As a Senior Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and play a key role in shaping client engagements from strategy through execution.
