As a Full-Time Contract Employee for 18 months, you will lead the charge in developing and maintaining health and safety programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Client Care & Services, your role encompasses compliance with safety regulations, conducting emergency drills, and facilitating staff training. You'll be pivotal in creating a protected environment through proactive initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of emergency planning and drills
• Conduct safety inspections and workplace assessments




• Oversee compliance with safety legislation
• Organize training for staff on safety practices
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure safety best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
• Relevant degree or certification in safety management
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ontario Driver's License and vehicle required
