TheDrilleris an experienced crew member of the well servicing rig crew responsible for overseeing well servicing operations. This includes supervising and directing crew activities, operating the service rig and its components, including rig controls, wellhead equipment, and blowout prevention (BOP) systems, and coordinating all rig-up and rig-down procedures. The Driller is also responsible for driving the service rig between locations, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment, mentoring and developing crew members, and well servicing duties in accordance with client requirements, company procedures and safety standards.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor all equipment maintenance and report any issues to Rig ManagerOperation of the rig and its components during all well servicing jobsMentor and train crew membersIdentify workplace hazards and implement appropriate controlsParticipate in incident investigations if required and assist with corrective action implementation.Comply with all company policies and proceduresSpecific Knowledge,
