As a team player, you will strive to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership and provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our full range of vehicles.Job Duties Include:Greet customers on the lot and online, discover their lifestyle needs, and guide them to the perfect new or pre-owned vehicleWork alongside our Finance team to structure transparent dealsReview traffic and prospect activity daily with the General Sales ManagerResponsible for New and Used Vehicle Lot DisplayResponsible for laying out a daily to-do plan, outlining their day for the General Sales ManagerForecasts New and Pre-owned Sales annually/monthly with the General Sales ManagerHelps General Sales Manager Plan all marketing and advertising for both New and UsedChecks all deliveries for Customers, 2 hours prior to delivery and ensures a memorable customer experienceSuccessful Candidates Possess:ValidOMVICcertificationPossesses a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordProfessional demeanor and appearanceAbility to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitudeSelf-motivation with an excellent work ethicAbility to problem solve and high attention to detailLoves a fast paced environmentComputer skills and understanding of technologyExperience with DMS (especially PBS)
