This role will also work closely with the Controller to ensure that the integrity of financial information is maintained at all times.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage the annual operating budget process for the region including development of budget template, submission management, comparison to strategic business plans,



presentation to leadersDiscuss proposed budget targets/guidelines with management and communicate to all departmentsCo‐ordinate data gathering from various internal departments and other companies within the group for budget/forecast creationProvide timely, relevant reporting and analyses of departmental performance against historical, budgeted, and forecasted results to facilitate decision makingPrepare budget review presentations and management reporting packages for each forecast cycleOversee monthly and quarterly reporting packages for both internal and external stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact for budget and forecast inquiries, offering support to various departments on budget and forecast related questionsResponsible for margin analysis and financial analysis of various product linesInitiate and support improvements in accounting processes and other financial operationsActively assist with the implementation/upgrade of relevant systemsSupport cash flow management, balance sheets, and profit loss statementsSkills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or business, or equivalent in education and experienceFluent in both Spanish & English5+ years' experience in a finance roleAdvanced PC Skills: Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP system required.
