This role is suited for someone who enjoys leading diverse crews, solving potential on-site problems, and working in a fast-paced retail construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead renovation, installation, and retail refresh projects across Canada.Manage crews of 4–15 people, including unionized trades, merchandisers, and temporary labor.Maintain quality, productivity, and project timelines.Communicate professionally with store management, clients, and internal teams.Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation, WHMIS, construction standards, and all building/fire codes.Participate directly in fixture installation, merchandising, teardown,



and site preparation.Work safely at heights and follow all PPE protocols.Complete digital daily reports, schedules, photos, and documentation.Promote teamwork, safety, and professionalism.Adapt quickly to changing project scopes, timelines, and environments.RequirementsExperience leading construction, installation, or retail renovation projects.Experience supervising multi-trade teams (union and non-union).Ability to travel nationwide and work night shifts.Obtain practical skills in fixture installation or retail setup.Comfortable performing physical tasks and working at heights.Solid communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient with digital reporting and scheduling tools.Able to be steady, adaptable, and confident under pressure.Why Join UsThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‐on leadership, traveling, and overseeing projects from start to finish.
