You'll gain hands‐on experience in all areas of project management, from budgeting and scheduling to client relations and quality control, while being mentored and prepared to take on full project ownership in the future.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with plan/specification analysis to provide coordinated interpretations of design documentsResearch and recommend solutions to design conflicts or errors/omissionsLiaise with subcontractors regarding drawings, pricing, site instructions, and change noticesReview, interpret, and communicate contract requirements and risks to project teamsReview supplier and subcontractor quotes for bid submissionsOrder and track site formwork inventoryMaintain project documentation, filing systems, and standardized proceduresSupport project managers with billings, forecasts, contracts, and budgetsTrack and execute shop drawings, RFIs, SIs, CNs, PCNs/CCOs,
