You'll interpret blueprints, follow technical specifications, and work independently to ensure production targets are met with accuracy and efficiency.Training & ScheduleTraining on day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMAfter training, transition to night shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)Training duration depends on performance and ability to master key tasksResponsibilitiesReview and verify job specifications as per work instructionsSet up and calibrate machines and accessories for each jobOperate machines safely and efficiently following proceduresPerform first-off part inspections; ensure all dimensions are within toleranceRecord workflow accurately and maintain production logsIdentify and segregate scrap or non-conforming materials/partsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaConduct minor maintenance to keep machines in working orderProvide feedback on machine efficiency and suggest improvementsQualificationsPrevious CNC or manual machine operation experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and take initiativeMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsReliable and punctual attendanceAI (Artificial Intelligence) tools may be used at certain points of the pre-screening and selection process for this role.
