We are looking for you!Job DescriptionAs a Pier Solutions Bridge Craftsperson, your core goal is to uphold the highest level of professionalism on all sites, demonstrating teamwork, integrity, service, quality, and a hard work ethic in all your interactions with coworkers, subcontractors, and clients. Your project responsibilities include the following:Performing general labour on construction sites, including operation of hand tools, power tools,



and heavy equipmentIdentifying creative construction methods to complete work requirements efficientlyAssisting the site lead in ensuring that all work meets quality standards and project specificationsWorking with project managers to maintain on-site documentation, including site safety records, hazard assessments, and daily job-site logsMaintaining all tools and equipment used on site and ensuring that materials and supplies are available as neededProviding mentorship and support to the less experienced craftspeople on your teamPier Solutions values promoting individuals from within.
