Integrity is actively recruiting an Experienced Mold Designer to join our expanding Design teams.As an Experienced Mold Designer you will be responsible for taking direction/line ups from the Design Leader, using various problem solving tools available and completing scheduled task dates to deliver quality projects on time.This position will report directly to the Design Team Leader.We offer competitive wages, compensation for travel, health and dental advantages, a company-matched pension plan, performance based bonuses, an employee reward and recognition program, as well as many other means of employee appreciation throughout the year.Duties and Responsibilities:Full design function and surfacing abilitiesReviewing line ups/work orders as required to fully understand workload objectivesConsulting/summarizing ALL available information to progress designKeeping "Continuous Improvement" in mind in regards to designing toolsEstablishing a "Daily Work Plan" every morning to help keep projects moving forwardHigh attention to detail/problem solvingDriving/presenting internal design reviews to required Integrity personnelPresenting yourself in a competent,



professional manner during customer interactionCheck that files being issues to manufacturing are "Complete and Correct"Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years' experience in plastic injection mold designExperience with Cimatron software an assetStrong work ethicAbility to follow line-up from leader and learn company proceduresGood communication and organizational skillsCompany Overview:Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000.
