Ensure devices are available and ready for deployment to support urgent clinical needs, maintaining accurate records of status, location, and utilization.Inventory & Asset Management:Implement and maintain systems to track device movement, usage, and returns. Reduce loss of equipment through improved controls, documentation, and accountability. Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.Logistics & Coordination:Coordinate with internal teams, healthcare facilities, logistics partners, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery and pickup. Establish workflows for dispatching and retrieval, including escalation paths for overdue returns. Monitor turnaround times and optimize processes.Process Improvement & Compliance:Design and refine standard operating procedures for rental operations. Ensure compliance with device handling standards, safety protocols,



and regulatory requirements. Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Customer & Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for rental escalations, scheduling, and issue resolution.
