The Area Sales Manager reporting to the Eastern Business Center Sales Operations Managerwill manage all current vehicle retail sales, vehicle shipments, customer satisfaction and profitability targets for the assigned area of retail business. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company for all day-to-day management activities with the dealers within the assigned area.Primary responsibilities of the position will includeDeveloping and implementing retail merchandising strategies with dealers within the assigned areaEnsuring understanding and coordinating implementation of all regional and national retail programs and merchandising activities to deliver on sales targetsProviding competitive and market intelligence with the purpose of developing industry leading retail merchandising activities and programsCommunicating allocation requirements and performing forecasting models to ensure wholesale targets are achievedMonitoring dealership operations and performances to identify select dealers with areas of improvementDeveloping performance improvement plans with select dealers and monitoring progressMonitor and assist dealers within their respective areas towards EV ReadinessMonitor, Coach and assist dealers within their respective areas to be best in class in Customer ExperienceThe position is for an existing vacancy.The salary range for this role is $82,500 - $100,000 per year.FCA Canada Inc. is committed to providing accommodation for people with accessibility needs due to disabilities in all aspects of the hiring process.
