We are seeking a motivated, organized individual who enjoys working with customers, technicians, and suppliers in a quick-paced equipment service environment.Job Type:Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Assist customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing partsIdentify parts using parts manuals, diagrams, electronic catalogues, and manufacturer resourcesPrepare and process parts orders, invoices, and purchase ordersReceive, inspect, label, and organize incoming partsMaintain accurate parts inventory and assist with inventory countsOrder parts from suppliers and follow up on backorders and deliveriesProvide parts pricing and availability information to customersCoordinate parts requirements with the service departmentMaintain an organized and clean parts departmentAssist with warranty parts and returns when requiredCommunicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and team membersPerform other parts-related duties as requiredQualifications & Skills:Previous experience in a parts department, automotive, heavy equipment, truck and coach,
