Community Home VisitorCumberland House Cree NationThis competition is open only to PAGC First Nation Members and permanent employees of the Prince Albert Grand Council.Position SummaryIn collaboration with Prince Albert Grand Council First Nation Communities, the Community Home Visitor will provide capacity building and required daily intervention and front-line support services to children, families, and extended families.
