Operation: Rotating shifts shifts are 7.5 hours/each and can span in timing from 7:30am- 6:30pm EST. Resources need to be versatile working their day within these confines. Remote working model with 1 day per week on-site mandatory (Mondays)Job Description:Role Mandate:This group receives and processes incoming payments from other entities worldwide electronically.The focus of these individuals will be to repair incoming payments when payments are processed, the process of the funds transmitting from their entity can error out- these reps will correct this route and ensure payments can process through their queue to the correct entity.Team Culture:This group operates in a true "productivity" area working with efficiency and speed is the main goal.The team works together to ensure each wire payment in their queue is completed by EOD as such, they rely on one another to work together and adhere to deadlines.This role operates exclusively as a back-office function there is no customer facing element to the role. Reps interact with their own teams (based out of Mississauga)



as well as a sister site (of other service officers).Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Ensuring wire payments are processed with no process errorsReceiving payments in differing currencies and manually keying the funds into the correct currency in alignment with the customer's bank accountWorking through their request queue with both speed and accuracyMust-Have Skills:Excellent typing skillsa speed of 50 words/minute at minimumStrong communication skillsa bilingual candidate is an asset, but the work the team completes day to day is with English speaking customersWillingness to learnStrong work ethicNice to Have Skills:Previous financial teller experience is a nice plusPrevious service rep experience for a banking clientEducational Background:Post-secondary degree highly preferredno discipline in specific is required, nor is it required the candidate come from a college or university background
