The EFA Transition Consultant is responsible for delivering a high-touch and often in-person onboarding and transition experience for Experienced Financial Advisors (EFAs) joining Edward Jones Canada. Acting as the primary transition partner, the EFA Transition Consultant works closely with advisors and their teams from offer acceptance through the first four months of employment to ensure a smooth, compliant, and successful transition.
