and complianceEnsure all care practices meet the Community Care and Assisted Living Act and provincial standardsPrepare and submit reports, incident notifications, and corrective action plansLead internal audits and maintain ongoing regulatory readinessResident & Family CommunicationCommunicate effectively with residents and familiesLead family care conferences and provide updates on resident health and care plansOffer culturally sensitive support and interpretation for residents and familiesAddress concerns related to health, wellness, and care services with empathy and professionalismStaff Training & DevelopmentDevelop and deliver training on PSPs, incident reporting, EHR documentation, infection control, and emergency proceduresEnsure staff maintain required certifications and competenciesMentor and support care staff to promote a consistent, resident-centered approachIdentify training needs and support ongoing professional developmentWellness Program LeadershipDesign and implement health and wellness programs aligned with resident needsCoordinate events, workshops, and wellness initiativesCollaborate with Recreation, Dining, and external partners to enhance programmingMonitor and evaluate program effectiveness and resident engagementMeasurement,
