HSM provides leadership in operational performance, workforce development, service innovation, and continuous improvement, fostering accountability, collaboration, and excellence to ensure effective, consistent, and sustainable service delivery. The manager work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team in achieving Accreditation Standards and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.The HSM demonstrates sound professional judgment and initiative while aligning practice with the ECFH Model of care, objectives of the MHAP and the Mission, Vision, and Strategic Directions of Nova Scotia Health.
