Job Description We are seeking an experienced

UiPath Support

professional to support enterprise RPA platforms and IT system operations across development, testing, and production environments. The role will focus on

RPA bot provisioning, platform monitoring, access management, system administration, testing support, incident management, and production operations .

The successful candidate will work closely with development, testing, security, and L2/L3 support teams to maintain stable, secure, and compliant automation environments.

Key Responsibilities RPA Platform Support

Provision and manage

RPA bots

across development, testing, and production environments.

Monitor and support enterprise automation platforms including

UiPath and Blue Prism .

Analyze application and automation logs to identify errors, discrepancies, and system issues.

Troubleshoot automation platform issues and support overall platform stability.

Assist with deployment and operational support for new and existing automation solutions.

Access & Security Administration

Manage user provisioning, entitlement reviews, and service accounts in

Active Directory (AD) and ACF2 .

Create and manage non-personal IDs and service accounts as required.

Coordinate secure access processes through

Jira

and other approved workflows.

Grant and manage application, firewall, and system access based on approved requirements.





Ensure access activities align with internal IT security and compliance policies.

System Administration

Perform system administration activities supporting application development, testing, and deployment.

Configure and maintain

virtual machines

required for RPA and application environments.

Coordinate firewall access and application connectivity.

Support infrastructure and application access requirements for development and production teams.

Assist with operational readiness and environment configuration.

Testing & Validation

Support system testing and validation activities across RPA environments.

Supervise production debug sessions to prevent unauthorized changes and maintain system integrity.

Ensure testing activities follow approved procedures, SDLC processes, and change-management requirements.

Coordinate with development and testing teams to resolve environment-related issues.

Production & Day-2 Support

Provide

Day-2 operational support

for RPA and related IT systems.

Monitor incidents, track issues, and coordinate timely resolution.

Perform initial investigation and troubleshooting of production issues.

Escalate complex or unresolved incidents to

L2/L3 support teams .

Maintain accurate incident, support, and operational documentation.

Follow established SLAs,



support procedures, and escalation processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience supporting

UiPath RPA environments .

Experience with

Blue Prism

or other enterprise RPA platforms.

Experience with RPA bot provisioning and environment management.

Knowledge of

Active Directory (AD)

and service account administration.

Experience with

ACF2

access and entitlement management.

Experience with virtual machines, firewall access, and application connectivity.

Experience with log monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.

Familiarity with

Jira

and IT service management workflows.

Understanding of SDLC, change management, and production support processes.

Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Security & Compliance

Follow enterprise security policies and access-control procedures.

Ensure user and service-account access is properly authorized and reviewed.

Support entitlement reviews and access governance activities.

Prevent unauthorized system modifications during testing and production activities.

Maintain compliance with internal IT policies and established SDLC procedures.

Work closely with RPA Developers, QA teams, Infrastructure, Security, and L2/L3 support teams.

Coordinate environment and access requirements across development, testing, and production.

Communicate incidents, risks, and operational issues effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain strong documentation and follow established support and escalation procedures.
