Industrial Maintenance Millwright ApprenticeLocation: Stratford, ON (In office)Salary Range: $32.81–$41.38 per hourShift: Straight afternoon/nights or continental night shiftsResponsibilitiesAssist in installing, inspecting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment issues.Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.Operate lifting and hoisting equipment to position machinery and parts.Fabricate components using machine tools such as lathes and grinders.Assist in assembling machinery and supporting equipment installation.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop.Communicate effectively between shifts and with team members.Follow and support all Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety requirements.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, CI,
