As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist at DMC, you will take on a permanent role focusing on semi-monthly payroll for a seamless operation. Candidates should possess a robust background in high-volume payroll processing and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Your collaboration with HR and Site Operations will be essential for maintaining payroll accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately for employees across Canada and USA
• Collect and verify payroll data with HR and Site Operations
• Handle expatriate payroll activities and related processes




• Prepare Year-End reports and facilitate audits as necessary
• Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
• At least 5-7 years in full-cycle payroll processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications
• Knowledge of payroll legislation in Canada and the USA
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Avanti is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
