What We’re Looking For A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above Previous experience working within an Early Years setting A good understanding of the EYFS and child development Strong knowledge of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare Confidence planning engaging experiences around children's individual interests and developmental needs An understanding of how to encourage independence, confidence and curiosity A warm,
