This position will provide pharmaceutical care according to established Moose Jaw Co-op policies as well as the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, pharmaceutical consultation, drug utilization review, medication counseling, medication histories, drug information, and education roles of prescription and over the counter needs.Reporting to the Pharmacy Division Manager, you'll have the prospect to:Provide patient focused services such as injections, medication reviews, and minor ailment prescribing to maximize patient careProvide professional advice and counselling on prescription and OTC medications including indications, dosage, adverse effects, and drug interactionsBe familiar with and adhere to all policies and procedures for reporting, documenting, and follow up on known, alleged, and suspected errors, incidents, and discrepanciesEnsure all medication dispensing processes are accurate and appropriately managed while focusing on the timely delivery, reporting, invoicing,
