You'll play a critical role in shaping how our brand looks and feels — from high‐performing paid ads to tour guide uniforms, merchandise, signage, and family‐friendly brand assets.You'll work closely with the Growth team to ensure our visuals not only look great but also drive bookings, build trust, and create memorable experiences.Department: Growth / MarketingReports to: Chief Marketing OfficerEmployment Type: Full‐timeWhat You'll Be Responsible ForPaid Ads & Performance CreativeDesign static and light‐motion creative for paid ads across Meta, Google, and other platformsCreate and iterate ad creative based on performance data and testing resultsCollaborate with the Performance Marketing Specialist to test hooks, formats, and visualsDesign thumbnails, overlays, and supporting creative for video adsDigital Brand & Website AssetsDesign visual assets for landing pages, funnels, and promotionsSupport conversion‐focused design initiatives in collaboration with the CRO SpecialistEnsure brand consistency across all digital customer touchpointsBrand & Physical ExperienceDesign and maintain visual assets for tour guide uniforms (polos, jackets, hats)Create merchandise, signage, and print materials used across tours and locationsEnsure consistent application of brand colours, typography,
