The team is dynamic, collaborative, and growing, offering a hybrid work environment and opportunities to make an immediate impact.Principal tasks and responsibilities include:Month-end reporting, variance analysis, bank reconciliations, and tax filings (GST/QST)Preparing quarterly audit packages and liaising with auditorsDrafting annual financial statements and cost statementsManaging operating costs, CAM recoveries, and realty tax billingsPreparing and maintaining operating and capital budgets, including quarterly re-forecastsSupporting new property acquisitionsAssisting with ad-hoc projects as requiredQualifications and pre-requisites:Junior-level candidates:1-3 years accounting experience, ideally in property or real estateExposure to financial reporting, CAM recoveries, or budgetingBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business,
