Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMeasures basic tool specs such as diameter, flute length and overall lengthLoad and unload completed carousel from coating machine.Respond to an alarm If an error occurs during processing.Perform routine general cleaning of equipment and coating room.Deliver products to customers.Perform regular machine maintenance.QUALIFICATIONSThe Coating Machine Operator needs the skill to watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.If there is a defect in the order,



confirm the order details with appropriate team members.Ability to perform multiple job tasks in a qualified and timely manner.Needs the skill to speak to others to convey information effectivelyNeeds the skill to log simple coating data into Microsoft ExcelPHYSICAL WORKING DEMANDSTo perform the duties of this job, an individual must be able to read, write and understand the English Language.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to keep the coating rooms clean and organized.Specific vision abilities required to this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
