Job Title: Casual Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Location: Medical clinic in 100 Mile House, BC Hours: Part-time/casual position with a minimum of 5 hours per week on Mondays from 9:00 a.M.–2:00 p.M. Additional hours may be available for short-notice sick coverage and vacation coverage, with the possibility of increased regular hours in the future. Position Details: We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Medical Office Assistant to join a busy primary care clinic in 100 Mile House. The successful applicant should enjoy working with people and be comfortable in a patient-facing environment. Duties may include: Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries Scheduling and managing appointments General reception and administrative duties Working within an electronic medical record (EMR)



Assisting with day-to-day clinic operations Qualifications/Skills: Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector clearance Friendly, professional, and positive with people Reliable and able to provide occasional short-notice coverage Basic computer skills and the ability to work comfortably in a paper-free/electronic clinic environment Previous medical office, MOA, or reception experience is an asset but not required Training will be provided Wage: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience Closing Date: We are hoping to fill the position as soon as possible, so applications will be reviewed as received. #J-18808-Ljbffr
