Responsibilities: Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours Perform on-call emergency maintenance Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards General common area and building maintenance Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards Assist with snow removal Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required Experience and Educational Requirements: 2 years maintenance service experience required 3 years renovation experience an asset Technical Requirements: Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written Familiarity with technology is an asset Non-Technical Requirements: Ensure to have all tools on the tool list (list provided during interview)
