This position will act as support to both our field and laboratory operations in construction materials testing and inspection services. In this role, you will interact with suppliers, producers, contractors, consultants, and owners from the private and public sectors. If you are an excellent communicator, enjoy independent and team environments, the opportunity to mentor junior staff, and are driven to provide high-level quality services on a wide variety of projects, this is a great role for you.Your Key ResponsibilitiesPerform construction materials testing & inspection services on concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and soils in field and laboratory settings, including but not limited to:Concrete field testingCompaction testing of soil, aggregate, and asphalt pavementLaboratory testing of soil, aggregate, asphalt, and hardened concreteGeotechnical inspections such as pile monitoring, subgrade,



and proof roll inspectionsObtaining core samples from concrete structures and asphalt pavementResilient floor testingForensic investigation of concrete structuresOperating and maintaining moisture-density gauges (class 7 radioactive dangerous good)Mobilize to worksite in a fleet vehiclePreparation of field and laboratory test reportsThe successful candidate will join our group of over 25 professionals.
