Reviewing and documenting contract requirements, validating billing logic, and providing data transparency across systems. This role provides hands‑on exposure to PSP contracts, billing processes, and ERP/CRM systems, with a focus on accuracy, compliance,
and process documentation.A Day in the Life (What you will do here)Review healthcare contracts to identify and extract key billing and financial requirements.Document contract terms in a transparent, structured format.Compare documented contract requirements against current billing logic and system setup.Identify and flag potential gaps, inconsistencies, or non‑compliance with contract terms.Assist in validating billing rules and supporting reconciliation activities.Support the development of a data dictionary for key ERP fields, including definitions, data sources, and program-specific usage.Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand how different programs apply billing and system logic.Organize and maintain documentation for contracts, billing processes, and data definitions.Other duties as assigned by your managerWhat you need to ensure you are set up for successExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCurrently enrolled in a post‑secondary program in Accounting, Finance, Business, Health Administration, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and interest in working with data and financial information.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordAnalytical thinking and problem‑solvingAbility to interpret and summarize detailed informationClear and structured documentation skillsStrong attention to accuracy and completenessAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesWillingness to learn and ask questions in a team environmentWhat makes you a great fit for this teamYour commitment to providing a high level of service to your internal and external clients.You are highly adaptable with a track record of success during times of growth and organizational change.You have a proven track record of developing trust and influence at multiple levels.You demonstrate an impactful and candid communication style.You have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and stakeholders.We value our employees!
