usability and relevanceSupport accessibility and reuse of reporting assetsContinuous improvement & business changeIdentify cross‑functional improvement initiatives that drive data visibility and reuseDevelop analytical tools and data products that support business objectivesSupport communications to educate users about reports, updates, and new tools – ultimately maximising the value gained from PPM dataData Quality & Management & DataflowPromote data quality, trust and reusability across domainsSupport analysis & development of reusable, standardised, and scalable data assetsHelp ensure data can be easily found, understood and used across the enterprisePartner with the data engineering team to uphold robust data structure and integrationSupport & Best PracticesProvide technical support on Power BI reports and self‑service analyticsAssist with training materials and documentation for report usersContinuously improve reports and promote best practices in data visualisation, security and integrityEssential Experience:University degree or equivalent experience in business and/or sciencesExperience of handling, designing and delivering business reporting solutions using different analytical tools (preferably Power BI, Report Builder, Spotfire, Business Objects) to provide actionable insight for the businessKnowledge of the wider Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), SQL and Python or similar languages is beneficialSolid understanding of data modelling, databases and data warehouse conceptsKnowledge of Planisware or equivalent PPM toolsExceptional customer focus/engagement/stakeholder management skillsDesirable Experience:Experience of effective working in a team with varied strengthsExperience working in the pharma industry and thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development processDemonstrable skills and flexibility to react to different customer needs for data/informationExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate at senior level (verbally and written)Great People want to Work with us!
