Preference will be given to someone with experience in marketing and/or event planning.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a social media content calendarFamiliarity with Google Ads and Meta Advertising is an assetDevelop and manage email campaignsCoordinate marketing efforts to align with Head Office campaignsCreate engaging and interactive social media posts while following complianceVideo creation and editingCreate internal and external marketing materialsCoordinate and execute the purchase and delivery of client gifts to maintain and enhance relationships and client satisfactionPlan, coordinate, and execute client events to enhance client experiences and to generate leads,



and follow up with leadsMaintain a record of client interactions via CRMProfessionally respond and assist clients who inquire via phone or e‐mailPerform general office duties such as email, mail, scanning, filing, supply maintenance, and computer updatesPrepare monthly reportsOther duties as assignedQualificationsExperience in marketing or event planning, with a post‐secondary education or an equivalent combination of experience and educationExceptional conversation skills and phone etiquetteStrong project‐management skills with prioritization and anticipation of needsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPatient and composed under pressureStrong attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet usage, and contact‐management systemsStrong knowledge of social media, technology systems, and other applicationsExperience using Canva and other related design programs will be an asset
