We have a strong customer service focus and believe in making things better, one customer at a time.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain excellent customer service and professional attitudeEnsure open lines of communication with your manager & customersAdhere to strict safety and quality standards on all work sites and have a working knowledge of safety protocols both onsite and off-siteComplete required paperwork with accuracy according to company policies, procedures and protocolsReceive, review, and process service work orders, ensuring accurate documentation of customer requirements, specifications, and service details.Monitor and track inventory levels of fitness parts, equipment, and supplies, coordinating with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, work order statuses, customer interactions, and any other relevant information.



Generate reports to provide insights on service performance and identify areas for improvement.Scheduling service calls with customersMove equipment/products safely and securely (heavy lifting)Assemble product according to manufacturer's specificationsInstallation of accessories and equipmentAdvise customers of work performed, general equipment condition & future repair requirementsOperate equipment used for testing and diagnosing purposesDiagnose and repair fitness equipment with efficiency and accuracyRemove all packaging from the installation site and ensure the site is clean and tidy before departingComplete documentation pertaining to incoming and outgoing inventoryOrdering fitness partsUtilizing navigation apps and maintaining an organized travel scheduleUse of a debit machine to take payments from customersCarrying out vehicle maintenance checks and ensuring enough gas is in the tank for the next dayMay require occasional travel out of town for work (including overnight stay)Assist other team members when neededOther tasks as requiredSkills and Qualifications:Recognize the importance of building strong, lasting relationships with customers,



vendors and co-workersMechanically inclined with technical knowledge on fitness equipment operationsHighschool diploma or equivalentTraining/Certification for service, repair and maintenance on fitness equipment (preferred)Minimum 1 year previous mechanical & customer service experience (preferred)Capable and confident individual focused on customer serviceSelf-motivated and results-orientedMust be accountable, reliable and have good problem-solving skillsOrganized with ability to balance prioritiesStrong attention to detail with excellent follow-throughAbility to safely lift heavy products up to 55 lbs. on your ownAbility to safely lift heavy products, with team lifts over 100 lbs.Valuable communication skills both verbal and written (fluent in English)Must be a professional, team player with a positive "can do" attitudeHave great work ethic and eager to learn new thingsMay be required to take, and submit results for drug & alcohol testing as per third party safety protocolsValid Class 5 driver's license, clean drivers abstract & satisfactory criminal record checkWe are an equal prospect employer, committed to workforce diversity.
