How you will make an impact: You will be responsible for performing light cleaning duties that maintain the establishment in a clean and orderly manner.As a Housekeeper, you will:Clean and disinfect areas and items such as washrooms, vents, interior windows, walls, glass, doors, and mirrorsDamp mop hard floors and auto scrub as neededCheck all primary areas, lobbies, stairwells,and clean as requiredVacuum carpeted areas as neededRemove all garbage from common areasMaintain confidentiality of all resident and personnel informationMaintain a safe environment at all times (e.G. use of wet floor signs)Perform duties according to health and safety guidelinesReport all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediatelyResponding to emergency cleanups as requiredAbout you:Previous housekeeping experience, preferable in healthcare, hotel or commercial cleaning, is an asset.Robust time management and organizational skills to be able to manage heavy workload.Good command of English language, both verbal and written.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Physical ability to perform all aspects of the job, including requirements to lift up to 20 pounds "
