OverviewPlan, develop, and manage promotional initiatives within the E-MTB value stream to increase brand value and perception. This role focuses on developing the product line's image, identity, messaging, and positioning relative to competitors.Responsibilitieserve as the key developer of promotional strategy for the specified product lineCollaborate with customers on partnership promotionPartner with cross-functional teams to achieve go-to-market promotional goalsDevelop product messaging, look, feel, tone, and naming aligned with SRAM's mission, identity, and core valuesManage spend within the allocated budgetIdentify and recruit ambassadors and athletesDevelop and execute social media strategyPartner with the brand team on key content development including stories, video, and copyPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsBS/BA in Marketing or similar field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to build and execute global brand strategiesStrong written, verbal,
and presentation communication skillsExperience with budget analysis and planningKnowledge of print and digital marketingProficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of bicycle mechanics and the global bike industryAdditional InformationScope: GlobalTravel: Up to 40% domestically and internationally, including weekendsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods at eventsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAdvanced bike riding ability to support brand promotional objectivesCompensation and Benefits:Benefits include group health insurance plans covering medical, dental, vision, and ancillary options, as well as 401(k) match, life insurance, long-term disability, and paid time off.Salary range is CAD $70,000 to CAD $90,000 based on skills and experience level.
