Job Title: Internship - Winter 2027 - Customer Manager

Location: The position is based at our St-Hubert location, internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on site.

Internship dates: January 5th to April 23rd, 2027.

You will be working with a diversified team of Overhaul Shop employees, commercial colleagues, and external international customers. You will provide pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product updates on technical condition, repair cost estimates and delivery status. You will be the customer's go-to person for the duration of the repair in shop.

What will your day-to-day look like?





- Provide front-line support for major customers, fully servicing them and supporting operations in a repair environment for engine components.
- Represent Pratt & Whitney as customer point of contact while interacting directly with numerous teams within the value stream (e.g., ITC, IT, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Warranty, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales).
- Interpret customer requirements and ensure that they are met while meeting business objectives and building strong customer rapport.
- Work towards increasing repeat business in a competitive market and achieving higher MFA results.
- Manage customer accounts and collaborate with ACS (Aerospace Component Services) sales & marketing regarding key accounts.
- Prepare for and support all aspects of customer visits, including, but not limited to contract reviews and DOF quarterly business meetings.
- Will be required to work in a team environment.
- Negotiate autonomously complex issues.
- Expect to manage projects of moderate size and scope.
- Expect fluency in data extraction and analysis.
- Execute transactions involving Transport Canada, commercial, technical, export control, IT and financial knowledge.

What do you need to be successful?

- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- Pursuing a degree in Economy, General Studies, Management, Marketing,



Organizational Development, Purchasing, Supervision, Supply Chain Management, and Business Administration.
- Strong customer service and superior communication skills.
