This role ensures that shipments are accurately received, inspected, documented, stored, and distributed. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk maintains inventory accuracy and prepares products for both shipment and internal departments to support efficient warehouse production operations.About YouAt our company, we are looking for exceptional individuals who can meet the following criteria:Robust time-management skillsOrganized and self-directedEffective communication skillsResilient and adaptable, maintaining a positive attitude through challengesCollaborative team player who works effectively with internal teams to deliver on customer commitmentsEducation & ExperienceEducation: GED or equivalentExperience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, experienced forklift operatorResponsibilitiesReceive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips, purchase orders,



and shipping documentsInspect incoming materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report them according to company proceduresRecord received goods in an inventory management systemLabel, organize, and store materials safely in designated warehouse locationsCommunicate receiving discrepancies to suppliers, purchasing, or managementPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company proceduresGenerate shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier labelsTrack outgoing shipments and assist with resolving delivery issuesMaintain and track accurate inventory records and transaction documentationConduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory auditsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment as requiredFollow all company policies and health and safety regulationsCarry out additional duties as assignedSkillsAbility to safely operate material handing equipmentBasic computer proficiency including the ability to learn new softwareAbility to read and interpret shipping documents and purchase ordersFamiliarity with provincial health and safety regulationsStrong accuracy and attention to detailIf you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we invite you to join our dynamic team!Your interest in this opportunity is appreciated.
