This is a hands‐on production welding role working primarily with MIG processes and carbon steel to fabricate the parts and assemblies that form the foundation of our equipment.Depending on your experience and production assignment, you may focus on fitting and tacking assemblies, final weld‐out, or a combination of both. Our Welders work from engineering drawings and blueprints, fit and align components using fixtures and measuring tools, and produce clean, consistent welds that meet our quality and engineering standards.What You'll DoRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and weld symbolsPerform MIG welding, fitting and tacking on carbon and stainless steelFit, align and position components using fixtures, measuring tools and layout techniquesProduce clean,



consistent welds that meet dimensional, structural and appearance requirementsInspect your own work for weld quality and dimensional accuracySet up and adjust welding equipment for assigned workSafely move and position materials using overhead cranes and hoistsMaintain a clean, organized and safe work areaWork with your Supervisor, Quality and other production team members to resolve issues and keep work moving through productionWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for people who take pride in producing quality work and can work effectively in a manufacturing environment.Our Ideal CandidateHas previous MIG welding experience in manufacturing, fabrication or a similar environmentCan confidently read and work from blueprints and engineering drawingsUnderstands fit-up, measurement and dimensional accuracyProduces consistent, quality welds with minimal repair or reworkIs comfortable using grinders, drills, measuring tools and other common fabrication equipmentHas experience using overhead cranes and hoists, or is willing to be trainedCan safely perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a variety of positionsWorks independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and team membersBrings a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safetyPrevious experience in custom fabrication or agricultural equipment manufacturing is considered an asset.What We OfferRegular, full time employmentCompetitive hourly wages, paid biweeklyQuarterly bonus eligibilityOvertime opportunitiesComprehensive health and dental benefitsAnnual safety wear allowanceRetirement savings plan with monthly employer contributionsStable, year-round work with an established Canadian manufacturer
