After giving it all, you'll return home knowing that you've played your part in creating a truly unforgettable moment.Location:We are seeking an experienced Catering Bartender for the BC Place Stadium.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete setup of both a portable and stationary bar for operation.Opening/Closing inventory countsMaintain adequate stock levels at all timesResponsible for balancing of the barAbility to perform the following dutiesProper portion controlChecking for proper identificationRefusal of serviceClosing bar proceduresThe ability to work well under limited supervisionResponding in a qualified manner in all situationsKnowledge of all products for stockingServing it Right a mustOther duties as requiredRequirementsGrade 12 education an assetGood customer service and cash handling skillsMust have previous high volume bartender experienceOther RequirementsAble to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift upto 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.Thank you for expressing interest in employment with Sodexo Live!.
