and debugging of NDT systems across manufacturing operations • Troubleshoot and optimize existing NDT systems in collaboration with suppliers • Reduce false rejects and improve system accuracy and reliability • Develop and standardize documentation and work instructions for NDT processes • Evaluate and implement new inspection technologies (contact and non-contact methods) • Support equipment selection, installation, and system validation activities • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities • Participate in cross‐functional meetings to resolve quality and operational issues • Act as a technical resource to production and engineering teams • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support standardization across the plant## **What We’re Looking For:**• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or NDT-related roles • Robust knowledge of NDT methods (vision systems, eddy current, magnetic particle, acoustic resonance, dye penetrant) • Strong analytical and data analysis skills • Experience troubleshooting and improving inspection or control systems • Strong problem‐solving skills and mechanical aptitude## **Bonus Points If You Have:**• Powder Metallurgy Technologist (PMT) certification (Level 1 or 2) • Experience in automotive or high‐volume manufacturing environments • Project management experience • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives## **How to Apply:**Apply online at - We can’t wait to meet you!
