This role directs team members, enforces company and airline procedures, and supports operational performance in a fast-paced, time-sensitive airport environment. The Catering Transportation Supervisor promotes a strong safety culture, ensures compliance with all regulatory and company standards, and leads by example to maintain high levels of service and professionalism.RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise and coordinate daily transportation and catering activities to support flight operationsAssign and delegate job duties to team members and ensure completion of all assigned tasksMonitor operations within assigned flights to ensure safe and timely executionConduct pre-arrival and departure briefings to communicate safety and operational expectationsEnsure compliance with all company, airline,



and regulatory standard operating proceduresOversee aircraft loading to ensure adherence to operational requirementsEnsure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with uniform standardsParticipate in and support Safety Management System (SMS) processes and reportingEnsure safety incidents and reports are completed accurately and within required timelinesMaintain operational documentation including logs, reports, and compliance recordsCoordinate catering, commissary, and equipment requirements for each flightMonitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling to meet operational demandsCommunicate operational updates and issues to leadership in a timely mannerProvide training support, guidance, and coaching to team membersEnsure all operations meet service level agreements (SLA) and compliance standardsPromote a safe and secure work environment for all employeesPerform any additional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS18 years of age or olderEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentCommunicate effectively in English (reading, writing,
