Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading warehouse operations on the assigned shift, ensuring a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment. This role oversees team performance, operational efficiency, quality standards, and employee development while driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support warehouse team members to achieve operational, productivity, and customer service objectives.Plan and schedule labour resources to meet daily workload demands while controlling costs.Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate operational priorities, safety expectations, and performance goals.Monitor workflow and ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and service levels.Coach, mentor, and develop employees through regular feedback, training, and performance management.Foster a positive, accountable, and inclusive workplace culture focused on employee engagement and teamwork.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring service expectations are met.Ensure compliance with all company policies, customer requirements, and health and safety regulations.Investigate operational issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate labour,
